Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 8-10 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • ready pie crust
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Prepare a pie pan, cover it with the crust and press the edges.

Combine tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, mozzarella and spread on the base. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the tomato filling and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake the porridge for 45-50 minutes and cool for half an hour. Cut, serve and enjoy the fine and delicate taste.
