Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • 500 grams of fresh spinach
  • 300 grams of smoked salmon
  • 400 milliliters of unsweetened liquid cream
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 40 grams of salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, dry and finely chop the spinach. Fry it in hot olive oil and cool. Meanwhile, beat the eggs, pour the cream and season with salt and pepper. Add the spinach and stir.

 

Cut the salmon into fine pieces and add it to the mixture.

 

Spread the puff pastry on the bottom and sides of the cake tin. Remove the excess and distribute the filling.

 

Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.

 

Cool, slice, serve and enjoy.
