How To Cook Kiss Cake With Prunes, Walnuts And Chocolate - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Kiss cake with prunes, walnuts and chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

1 cup walnuts

150 grams of pitted prunes

50 - 100 grams of chocolate

About the kisses:

4 egg whites

1 teaspoon sugar

For cream:

250 grams of butter

8 tablespoons condensed milk

Method of preparation :

Beat the egg whites lightly with a mixer. Stop beating gradually, adding sugar. It breaks down to form "hard peaks".

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, scoop out the egg whites with a spoon and distribute in the bowl. Bake the kisses for 10 minutes at a temperature of 110 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 95 and leave in the oven for another 2 hours. It is good to leave the finished kisses in the oven off for an hour and a half.

Make a cream. Beat the softened butter with the condensed milk (you can use boiled, but not required). If the cream is very liquid, put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Crush the walnuts coarsely, grind with a blender or cut with a knife. Leave some for decoration, and you will need the rest when "assembling" the cake.

Pour the prunes with hot water for 5 minutes, drain, dry and cut into pieces. Set aside a few goals for decoration.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces.

Assembly follows.

Take a suitable dish, dip each of the kisses in the cream and arrange in the tray (or form) - one row. If you prefer, you can break the kisses and then dip in the cream, so there will be no gaps or arrange the whole kisses, and fill the gaps with pieces. Spread some of the prunes and walnuts on the surface. This is followed by a series of kisses with cream, nuts and fruits and so on until their available quantities are exhausted.

Pour the remaining cream over the resulting cake and sprinkle with the reserved walnuts, prunes and pieces of chocolate.

Refrigerate for 6 - 12 hours, then cut with a sharp knife and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
