Required products :

  • 3 proteins at room temperature
  • 3/4 tea cup of crystal sugar
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup liquid chocolate

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 135 degrees and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl with a mixer, beat the eggs until fluffy. Start adding the sugar in portions, vanilla and vinegar. Stir for 5-7 minutes until a shiny mixture is obtained, which retains its shape.

In a small bowl, heat the chocolate slightly until it is liquid enough to pour easily. Pour the mixture for kisses with it, stir lightly so as not to obtain a uniform color, but to preserve the marble effect.

Form kisses with the help of a pouch or put a tablespoon of the mixture in the pan.

Bake for 40-50 minutes until dry. If they peel off easily from the paper, then they are ready. Turn off the oven and leave them inside with the door open for another hour.
