Necessary products

About the kisses:

  • 2 proteins
  • 150 grams of sugar

For cream:

  • 150 grams of mascarpone (can Philadelphia or other suitable cream cheese without additives)
  • 50 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 33-35%
  • 100 grams of sugar

For decoration:

  • Fruits of your choice (raspberries, kiwis and bananas are used in this case).

Method of preparation :

Make the kisses by beating the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy (How to break the egg whites).

Add the sugar, do not stop the beating process.

You need such a hard foam.

Fill a pastry syringe with it. If you do not have one, use a plain plastic bag whose corner you cut. Form flat circles with a diameter of about 4 centimeters directly in the dish in which you will bake the kisses.

Then put the protein mass along the contours of the circle, thus forming an empty space in the middle, which is to be filled with cream.

Place the pan in the oven and let the air baskets cook for an hour at a temperature of 100 degrees.

During this time, apply the cream.

Beat the liquid cream together with the sugar with a mixer.

Add the mascarpone and stir.

Peel the selected fruit, clean, and cut into small pieces.

Once the kisses are ready, fill them with cream and decorate the dessert with fruit.

Enjoy your meal!
