Required products :

150 grams of walnuts
5 tablespoons brown sugar
150 grams of brown sugar
3 egg whites a
pinch of salt
175 grams of powdered sugar

Method of preparation :

Grind the walnuts and bake them lightly in a dry pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and let caramelize. Transfer the mixture to baking paper and wait for it to dry, then crush with a rolling pin.

Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

Cut the dates into small cubes and mix them with the sweet walnuts.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff foam is obtained, gradually adding the powdered sugar. Beat until the mass is smooth and shiny (not less than 10 minutes).

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment. Using two tablespoons, scoop out of it and arrange small cupcakes in the prepared dish.

Sprinkle with walnuts and dates, then cover with a little of the protein mixture. So the fruits and nuts will be in the middle of the sweets.

Bake them in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

An option is to add the filling to the egg whites and then shape the kisses.

Enjoy your meal!
