How To Cook Kissing Rainbow With Raspberry Jam And Butter Cream - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3/4 tea cup of crystal sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon protein, at room temperature
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon butter cream
  • 1/4 tea cup of raspberry jam
  • different in color food gel paints

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 95 degrees and cover 2 trays with baking paper.

Distribute the sugar in the two pans and bake for 7 minutes. The crystals may start to caramelize slightly at the edges, as time passes, take them out of the oven and do not turn it off.

In a large dry bowl, beat the eggs with a mixer on low heat until foamy, then add the salt.

Increase the speed and beat until you get a cream with soft tips.

Add 1 tablespoon of warm sugar and do not stop the mixer. Add the entire amount of sugar within 5-7 minutes. By then, the mixture should have turned out very shiny and with hard tips.

Add the vanilla and stir for the last time until combined.

 

Take a bag and put it in a glass. With skewers, take some of the gel paints and put 2 strips lengthwise in a bag of the selected colors (if you want, use more colors).

 

Fill the bag with cream, being careful not to spoil the shape of the colored lines on the sides.

 

Fill the bag carefully with cream and squirt the colored cakes.

 

Bake for 1 hour, leave to cool and then remove from the pan.

Make a ring on the underside of half the kisses with the buttercream, put some raspberry jam in the center and glue with another kiss.
