Required products :
2 kiwis
100 grams of chocolate
50 milliliters of fresh milk
40 grams of butter
crushed walnuts for sprinkling or other decoration of your choice
Method of preparation :
Peel a kiwi, cut it into thick circles (about 2.5 cm thick). Stick each of them on a suitable stick and put in the freezer.
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath, add the butter and milk. Continue to heat the mixture, stirring, until the consistency is uniform. Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature for 10 minutes.
Remove the fruit from the freezer, dip it in the chocolate glaze and roll in the crushed walnuts (or sprinkle). Put back in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then you can enjoy your amazing fruit ice cream with chocolate glaze :)
