Required products :

  • 2 limes
  • 2 kiwis
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 15 grams of dried mint
  • 2 teaspoons green tea leaves
  • 8 teaspoons dry gelatin
  • fresh mint leaves


Method of preparation :

Fill the gelatin with water and allow it to swell. Then heat (do not allow to boil) and strain.
Mix green tea leaves with sugar.

In a suitable container, pour a liter of water and place on the stove. Once it boils, remove from the heat and add the dried mint. Wait 2-3 minutes for it to steam.

Then strain the liquid in which you pour the mixture of sugar and tea. Pour the juice squeezed from the citrus, leaving part of the lime for decoration.

Finally add the gelatin and mix well (the gelatin and sugar should dissolve completely).

Transfer the combination of products to a bowl or other suitable container and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Once the time has elapsed, remove the jelly and beat it using a blender. Distribute in dessert bowls or cups and refrigerate.

When the jelly is completely firm, put slices of peeled kiwi on each portion, decorate with fresh mint leaves and citrus pieces.
