  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 100 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 100 grams of sour cream
  • 300 grams of yogurt (low-fat and without fillings and additives)
  • 4 tablespoons almonds
  • 3 tablespoons hot water

Method of preparation :

Peel a kiwi and grind it in a blender or sieve.

Squeeze the orange juice.

Beat the yolks to a stiff foam together with the fructose and 3 tablespoons of hot water.

Sweeten the kiwi puree with maple syrup or honey. Pour the citrus juice, add the egg foam and beat well.

Beat the two types of cream and yoghurt together, then mix with the fruit mass.

Transfer the combination to a suitable rectangular shape and place in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, turn the dessert on a flat dish. If the mold you use is silicone, this will happen easily. If not, immediately after removing from the refrigerator, quickly immerse the pan in hot water for seconds.
