Kobler is a dessert with a fruit base and soft dough on the surface. It can be prepared from different fruits, and the technique is always the same. Here's how to make your fall dessert:

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
Grease a 23-25 cm pan.
Put the apples and prunes in a bowl, add the lemon juice, 50 grams of brown sugar, corn flour and cinnamon. Stir with your hands to combine the flavors well. Finally, add the raspberries and stir carefully so that they do not crush.
Transfer the fruit to the prepared tray. Be careful that they do not reach the edge of the pan because they will not bake evenly.
In a bowl, mix 100 grams of flour with 25 grams of brown sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Pour the cream and stir. You should get a sticky dough.
From it carefully form balls, which you put on the fruit, at a distance from each other.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar on the dough balls.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, until the fruit is caramelized (if during baking, it turns black too quickly, cover with foil).
Leave for 10-12 minutes before serving.
Serve with ice cream.
