Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • pinch of salt
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 5 grams of vanilla
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • a handful of strawberries for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour the milk and pour the flour. Stir until a thick homogeneous mass is obtained.

 

Using a funnel, pour the mixture into a dressing bottle.

 

Shake and cool. Heat, grease a pan and paint a heart with the pancake mixture.

 

Bake on both sides and do the rest in the same way. Serve warm, topped with powdered sugar and halved strawberries.
