How To Cook Lamb In A Tender Onion Marinade And Garnish With Fried Tomatoes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Lamb in a tender onion marinade and a garnish of fried tomatoes". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 600 grams of lamb fillet
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 teaspoon cumin (beans)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander (beans)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (grains)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 300 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • oil

Method of preparation:

First grind the onion, crush the spices. To add more flavor, fry the coriander and cumin in a dry pan. Mix the spices with the onion, add salt. Marinate the meat in this mixture for 30 minutes. Cut it into pieces and bake in a dry pan on both sides (for about 2 minutes each). Then wrap the lamb in foil and place it in the oven at 180 degrees until done. Meanwhile, pour oil into a pan, put the crushed garlic and thyme. When you feel a great aroma, add the tomatoes. Leave on the stove for about 5 minutes, shaking the pan periodically to fry on all sides.

Put in a suitable plate pieces of meat, tomatoes, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and parsley leaves.

Enjoy your meal!
