Wash your feet thoroughly and dry them.
Then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Peel the garlic cloves, wash the rosemary sprigs under running water.
Finely chop the garlic and 1 sprig of rosemary. Add the lemon juice and olive oil, beat well.
Rub the lamb with the resulting mixture and leave to marinate for at least 10 - 12 hours.
Bake until done on a charcoal grill, periodically turning the legs on all sides and spread with the remaining marinade. Use the remaining rosemary to apply the aromatic sauce.
