Required products :

2 heads of old onions

2 - 3 feathers green onions

500 grams of lamb trifles of your choice

200 grams of round grain rice

dried or fresh mint to taste

ground black pepper to taste

600 milliliters of water

4 - 5 tablespoons oil

For topping:

3 eggs

250 grams of yogurt

1 - 2 tablespoons flour

200 milliliters of water

Method of preparation :

Clean and wash the trifles well, put them in a pot of water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and remove the foam with a slotted spoon.

Add salt to taste and let the trifles cook until ready at low temperature.

When this happens, remove from the water, let cool and cut into small cubes.

In a separate bowl, fry in oil the two types of onions, finely chopped, pour a little water (about 100 milliliters) and simmer for about 10 minutes under a lid. Then add the rice and stew until transparent.

It's time for the little things, pour them over the other products, mix, season to taste. Pour 3 cups of water and let everything simmer for 5 minutes.

Then transfer the mixture to a pan and place in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes (until the rice absorbs almost all the liquid).

Beat the eggs together with the yoghurt, water and flour. Pour the resulting mixture over the liver sarma and return to the oven until a golden crust forms on the surface.

Enjoy your meal!
