Required products :

  • 600 grams of lamb offal (liver, heart and others of your choice)
  • 1 medium carrot
  • connection green onions
  • oil
  • 1/2 cup rice (basmati)
  • broth or water
  • parsley and mint

For topping:

  • eggs
  • yoghurt

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the offal until ready.

In a large amount of hot oil, pour the finely chopped carrot, and a few minutes later add the chopped green onions. Fry the products.

When soft enough, pour the rice into the bowl and let it cook for 15 minutes. Then pour a little broth or water and pour the cooked lamb trifles.
