How To Cook Lamb Meatballs With Rice And Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of minced lamb
  • 1 head old onion
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 7 grams of ground cumin
  • 7 grams of black pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 5 soft tomatoes
  • a pinch of sugar
  • grease for stuffing
  • 1 teaspoon pearl rice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 50 milliliters of red wine
  • half a bunch of fresh mint
  • 3 sprigs of fresh parsley

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the minced meat in a bowl and season it with salt, pepper and cumin. Peel an onion, grate it, drain the juice and add to the minced meat. Stir and cool the mixture for an hour. Meanwhile, plan the tomatoes and add a pinch of sugar to them.

Heat the fat, fry them and add the red pepper. Cut parsley, mint, carrots and add them. Pour the rice, pour 3 teaspoons of water and wine. Form meatballs from the minced meat and add them to the dish.

Let it simmer on low heat for 30-35 minutes. Cool, pour portions and serve the meatballs warm, garnished with chopped mint leaves.
