Learn how to cook "Lamb ribs with onion and garlic in white wine". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 - 1.5 kg of lamb ribs
  • 2 - 3 onions
  • 2 - 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dry white wine
  • dill, basil, mint, parsley - optional and to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • vegetable oil

Method of preparation :

Wash the ribs (choose ones with more meat on them), dry them and divide into portions of 3-4 ribs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry them until they form a reddish crust. Then transfer them to a large saucepan.

Cut the onion into cubes, finely chop the garlic and fry them until the onion softens. Add the ribs to the bowl, pour in the white wine and simmer over low heat until the wine has evaporated almost completely. Stir periodically so that the ribs do not burn.

If the liquid evaporates and they are still raw, pour a little more wine or hot water. 10 minutes before removing from the heat, season with salt and pepper, add the chopped green spices.

The ribs are ready when the meat begins to separate easily from the bone).

The amount of mint should be twice less than other green spices.

Serve the dish hot, and for garnish you can offer mashed potatoes and tomato and cucumber salad.

Enjoy your meal!
