Required products :
 
500 grams of lamb
2-2.5 liters of water
1/2 cup rice
2-3 onions
1 medium carrot
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tomato or 1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon adjika sauce
dill, parsley, basil, coriander
spices to taste
salt to taste
 
 
Method of preparation :
 
Wash the meat, cut it into small pieces and put in a saucepan. Fill it with cold water and place on the stove. Once the liquid boils, remove the foam and allow the lamb to boil until fully cooked.
 
In the middle of cooking, add 1 peeled whole onion to the broth (maybe parsley root if desired).
 
Remove the meat from the liquid, let it cool and cut into small pieces. Also remove the onion and root.
 
Put the rice in the broth.
 
While the white beans are cooking, chop the green spices. Cut the onion into semicircles and fry until soft.
 
Pour the prepared spices into the broth, add the grated tomato (or a spoonful of tomato paste), adjika sauce and lamb.
 
Leave the dish on the stove for a few more minutes and the soup is ready.
