Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 250 grams of minced lamb
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 can of 400 grams of artichokes
  • 500 grams of chard (maybe spinach or kale), chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 120 grams of feta cheese, crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 pie crusts
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

Grease a square pan with grease of your choice.

Heat the oil and fry the onion with the minced meat, chopping it during cooking. Add the garlic and artichoke. Two or three minutes later add the chard and wait for it to soften - about 4-6 minutes.

Remove from the heat and add the dill and parsley. Cool for 10 minutes. Add the cheese, eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour into the pan.

Cover the pastry with the crusts, spreading each one before putting the next one (if necessary, cut them).

Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
