Required products :
2.5 kilograms of lamb
300 grams of dried fruits (apricots, barberry, quinces ...)
200 milliliters of dry white wine
150 milliliters of grape juice
2 heads of garlic
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
rosemary, thyme and other herbs of your choice
3 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation :
Rub the prepared meat with garlic, spread with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs, pepper and salt. Arrange in a pan and pour the dried fruit on the side. Drizzle with a combination of grape juice and white wine.
Place in a preheated oven to 220 degrees, and 5 minutes later, reduce the temperature to 160 - 170. Bake the meat until done, watering it with juice every 20 - 30 minutes.
Black rice is a great addition to this dish.
