Wash the lamb, dry it and cut it into medium pieces (not too small or too big).
Wash all vegetables, cut them into cubes. You can put the aubergines in salted water beforehand to remove their bitterness.
Cut the green beans into large pieces and mix it with the vegetables. Pour everything into a pot (or distribute in pots), put the chopped hot peppers, garlic cloves and fat as you wish. Put the pieces of meat on the vegetable mix and add salt to taste. Pour boiling water and the amount should completely cover the meat.
Close the pan with a lid that fits snugly and place in the oven. Turn it to 150 degrees and let the dish cook for 2-3 hours (check the readiness of the meat). It can be stewed at 180 degrees, then it will take about an hour and a half.
