1 red onion

2 large tomatoes

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon pitted olives (or to taste)

1 tablespoon capers

300 milliliters of water or lamb broth

1 tablespoon brown sugar

pinch of rosemary

a pinch of Italian spices

a pinch of unground cumin

salt to taste

 

For the garnish:

black beans

butter

garlic

parsley

Method of preparation :

Cut the lamb into large pieces, fry in a little fat and add the grated tomatoes, chopped onions, garlic. Pour the broth or water.

Stew everything until the meat softens. Then add the sugar, sliced ​​olives, capers, spices and leave on the stove for another 10 minutes.
