Required products :
1 kg of lamb (maybe with bone)
1 red onion
2 large tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon pitted olives (or to taste)
1 tablespoon capers
300 milliliters of water or lamb broth
1 tablespoon brown sugar
pinch of rosemary
a pinch of Italian spices
a pinch of unground cumin
salt to taste
For the garnish:
black beans
butter
garlic
parsley
sol
Method of preparation :
Cut the lamb into large pieces, fry in a little fat and add the grated tomatoes, chopped onions, garlic. Pour the broth or water.
Stew everything until the meat softens. Then add the sugar, sliced olives, capers, spices and leave on the stove for another 10 minutes.
Boil the beans until ready, which is good to soak in water beforehand. Add butter, garlic, parsley and salt to taste. Stir and the garnish is ready.
Serve the lamb with the delicious bean supplement.
