Necessary products:

  • 600 grams of lamb breast
  • 1/2 tsp rice
  • 3 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 10 grains of black pepper
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • garlic
  • parsley, green onions
  • left
  • spices

Method of preparation:

Cut the lamb breasts into pieces, fill them with 1.5-2.0 liters of water and let them boil on the stove. Remove the formed foam, reduce the heat, add 1 onion and carrot (peeled). Cook until low heat (about an hour). Then remove the vegetables from the broth.

Finely chop the remaining 2 onions and add them to the broth along with the washed rice and tomato paste. Cook for 10-15 minutes and add the spices you prefer. Peel and grind the walnuts and garlic.

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley, green onions, garlic and walnuts.
