Cut the meat into small pieces. Saturate the onion, garlic and chili pepper (clean the pepper from the seeds, and the onion and garlic - from the skins).
Heat olive oil, fry the lamb in it. When a beautiful yellow crust appears on its surface, pour the hot additives into the dish and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.
Then put the chopped tomatoes and sweet peppers, pour water, put a lid on the pan and let the meat simmer until the water evaporates. At this stage, add salt.
If the lamb is not ready, pour water again and simmer until it evaporates.
