Necessary products:

500 grams of lamb

300 grams of tomatoes (fresh or canned)

1 onion

3 cloves garlic

4 - 5 tablespoons oil

parsley

pepper

left

Method of preparation:

Cut the onion into small pieces, chop the garlic. Fry the onion in hot oil, two minutes later add the garlic. Fry until soft, stirring.

Wash the meat and cut it into portions. Add it to the onion and garlic. Season with pepper and salt (and other spices if desired) to taste and leave on the stove for about 5 - 7 minutes (stir in the meantime).

Wash the tomatoes, cut their "tails", put them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then peel them and grind with a blender (you can use ready-made thick tomato paste). Add them to the meat and let everything simmer for 30-40 minutes on low heat.

Finely chop the parsley and put it in the dish at the end of cooking.

The lamb with tomatoes is ready. You can serve with a garnish of potatoes or vegetables.
