How To Cook Lamb With White Beans And Tomato Paste - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of lamb
  • 300 grams of white beans
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon mix of appropriate spices
  • 1 parsley root
  • dill, coriander

 

For the harness:

  • 2 tablespoons adjika sauce
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 small onions


Method of preparation :

Clean the meat of tendons, membranes and fat. Wash it and cut into pieces about 60 grams each. Put them in a saucepan with 2.5 liters of water, add the beans.

Put on the stove at medium temperature, and when the liquid boils, reduce the temperature.

Periodically remove the foam that has formed on the surface.

In the meantime, make a stuffing. To do this, heat the fat (best if you have lamb), pour in the finely chopped onions, 1 tablespoon of corn flour and 2 tablespoons of adjika tomato sauce.

Put parsley and leeks in the broth with the semi-finished lamb. Add the stuffing and cook until the beans and meat are soft.

In a bowl, crush the garlic cloves with the spices and finely chopped parsley root, dill and coriander.

Two or three minutes before removing the dish with the dish from the stove, pour the aromatic mixture into it. Season with salt, pepper and serve hot in deep plates. Optionally, serve with pieces of smoked sausage.

Instead of adjika sauce you can use just tomatoes, also add celery, pepper, carrot.
