Learn how to cook "Larded beef tongue with carrots and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500-700 grams of beef tongue
2 medium carrots
50 grams of bacon
300 grams of pasta or rice
8 cloves garlic
200 grams of tomato sauce (or another of your choice)
salt and other spices of your choice and taste
flour for rolling
butter for frying
Method of preparation :
Wash the tongue, clean the skins and cut into pieces. Cut the bacon into long strips, the carrot into small pieces and finely chop the garlic.
Lard the tongue with the prepared products, season with salt and spices of your choice, roll in flour and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden. Then stew in tomato or other sauce until the tongue is fully cooked, which is served with a garnish of cooked pasta or rice. Drizzle with the sauce.
