Required products :
1 kg whole piece of pork (best fillet)
1 carrot
3-4 cloves garlic
black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash and dry the meat, rub it with salt and ground black pepper (you can use other spices to taste).
Make small incisions in the meat and put carrots and garlic in them, which you have previously cut into small pieces. Leave the pork to stand overnight or at least overnight.
Then put in a pan, pour 1/2 teaspoon of water and place in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees.
When the top turns red, turn from the other and let the meat cook until done, periodically watering with the juice.
Serve the dish cut into pieces and chilled.
