How To Cook Lasagna Pizza With Pepperoni And Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 package of lasagna crusts (500 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 head onion
  • 200 grams of mushroom mushrooms
  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 900 grams of tomato marinara sauce
  • 3 teaspoons ricotta
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup pepperoni (or other sausage of your choice)
  • 3 tea cups grated mozzarella
  • chopped basil for garnish

Method of preparation :

Boil the lasagna as described on the package.

Fry onions and mushrooms (pre-cut) until soft. Season with salt and add the minced meat. Cook until browned, stirring to break. Season with hot pepper and add the marinara sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the ricotta, egg, parmesan and add salt and pepper.

Put a spoonful of tomato sauce on the bottom of a ceramic pan.

Arrange 1 row of lasagna crusts on top. Followed by 1 layer of ricotta, a little grated mozzarella and a row of slices of pepperoni. Repeat and finish with mozzarella and sausage.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes, then remove the foil and bake the cheese for 10 minutes until golden.

 

Allow the lasagna to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
