Required products :

100 grams of lasagna leaves
2 tomatoes
2 sweet peppers
100 grams of cottage cheese
100 grams of cheese
200 grams of yellow cheese
50 grams of parmesan
50 grams of spinach
2 boiled eggs
butter to taste
breadcrumbs
green spices, salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation :
Steam the tomatoes, peel them, cut into thin circles. Peel the peppers from the stalks and seeds, cut into semicircles, yellow cheese - into thin slices, grate the Parmesan with a fine grater. Mash the cheese together with the curd, add the spinach, cut into thin strips, grated boiled eggs, salt and spices to taste. Stir thoroughly.
Boil the lasagna leaves in salted water until semi-finished, then drain with a colander and grease each leaf with oil.
Grease the bottom of a suitable form, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put a few lasagna leaves, followed by 1/3 of yellow cheese, tomatoes, peppers, cheese mixture, cottage cheese and spinach. Repeat the arrangement in the same sequence 2 more times, finishing with lasagna. Sprinkle the surface with grated Parmesan cheese and bake the dish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

You can replace spinach with sorrel or other leafy vegetables to taste.
