Method of preparation :
Turn the oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl, mash the potatoes along with the bacon, cheddar, beaten eggs, green onions, salt and pepper.
Make 4 loaves of the mixture, distributing it in 4 equal-sized rectangular trays lined with paper. Using a spoon or your hands, form a tray. Cover with foil and store in the freezer to firm up.
Put the chicken products in a pan and bake them for 20-30 minutes, until the meat is ready.
Meanwhile, in a pan, prepare the bolognese sauce - put the finely chopped onions and garlic to stew. Add the minced beef and fry until browned (crumble during cooking). Season and add the tomato paste, cook for a few minutes and pour the wine. Cook until the liquid is halved. Add the tomato sauce and a pinch of sugar to neutralize the acidity. Cook until the sauce is reduced.
Put a potato pan in a well-greased pan. Spread the tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
You should put another loaf, which you spread with béchamel and cover with slices of ham. Place the last loaf and place the chicken and vegetables on it.
Put slices of yellow cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool briefly before serving.
