Fry the minced meat and vegetables with the mushrooms separately until semi-finished. Then mix them and leave to cool.
Make a sauce, combining cream with kefir, add saturated parsley, spices of your choice, add salt.
Once the stuffing and sauce are ready, it's time to assemble the lasagna.
At the bottom of a suitable dish put a few ready-made peels, on them minced meat with fried vegetables and mushrooms, tomatoes and pour the sauce. Repeat the rowing 3 more times in the same sequence.
Sprinkle the last sheet of lasagna with grated yellow cheese and place the dish in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 220 degrees.
