Required products :

  • 1/2 kg of bacon, cut into cubes
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 tea cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tea cups of fresh milk
  • 12 lasagna skins, pre-cooked and drained
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons grated cheese
  • 1/3 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Method of preparation :

  • Transfer the bacon to a pan and cook over medium heat until crispy.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper to drain off excess fat.
  • Saute the onion in the pan with the remaining bacon fat until soft.
  • Add the flour, salt and pepper, stirring constantly.
  • Gradually pour the milk into the pan and cook for about 2 minutes after boiling / stir again constantly /.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Pour 1/2 tea cup of sauce into a greased pan of suitable size, taking into account the size of the crusts.
  • Spread 4 crusts of boiled and drained lasagna.
  • Sprinkle with 1/3 of the eggs, bacon, cheese and top with 1/2 tea cup of sauce.
  • Repeat with the other crusts and products, keeping the same ratio.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Allow the lasagna to stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with a lot of love! :)

You could prepare the lasagna the night before and put it in the fridge. You need to wait 30 minutes before baking.
