How To Cook Lasagna With Minced Meat, Cheese And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products (for 6 servings) :

  • 500 grams of minced meat of your choice
  • 250 grams of lasagna
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ricotta cheese
  • 500 milliliters of ready marinara sauce
  • 100 grams of mozzarella (cut into pieces)
  • 2 teaspoons thawed spinach
  • 1/3 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

Add the mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, basil, Italian spices, fennel, pepper to the minced meat. Fry everything over medium heat for about 10 - 12 minutes (until the meat is browned). Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the ricotta.

Boil the lasagna following the instructions on the package, then drain the water.

Grease a pan with olive oil, put a row of lasagna, 1/3 of the minced meat, 1/3 of the marinade sauce, 1/3 of the mozzarella. Repeat the arrangement twice more in the same sequence. Put the spinach between the second and third layer.

Sprinkle the lasagna with parmesan, cover with foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and let the dish bake for another 20 minutes.

Wait for it to cool and serve.
