Learn how to cook "Lasagna with minced meat, pickles and olives". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

300 grams of lasagna leaves

400 grams of minced meat of your choice

pickles

1 onion

1 - 2 tomatoes

olives to taste

2 - 3 tablespoons tomato paste (or ketchup)

800 milliliters of fresh milk

100 grams of butter

3 tablespoons flour

nutmeg to taste

50 grams of yellow cheese

salt to taste

oil

Method of preparation :

Arrange a layer of lasagna leaves in a suitable baking dish. If the instructions for the crusts indicate that they are pre-cooked, boil them in salted water, which is then drained with a colander.

Fry the minced meat in oil until semi-finished, add the tomato puree and the finely chopped tomatoes that you have previously peeled. Stir, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Cut the pickles, peel the onion and chop finely. Fry it in oil.

Spread the minced meat on the crusts, cover with a layer of dough, followed by onions and cucumbers, chopped olives and peel again.

Make the sauce. First melt the butter, add the flour to it and stir. Then pour in the milk and stir until all the lumps are gone. During this time, the sauce will thicken. Put the nutmeg and remove from the heat. If you can't handle the lumps completely, strain the sauce.

Pour it over the lasagna, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes (until golden).

Enjoy your meal!
