How To Cook Lasagna With Parmesan, Chicken, Spinach And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tea cups cut into slices of mushrooms
  • 4 teaspoons spinach (cut it if needed)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable or chicken broth
  • 3 pieces of cooked chicken breast
  • 3 teaspoons bechamel sauce
  • slices of ripe mozzarella (or cheese) - about 300 grams
  • lasagna crusts
  • grated parmesan

Method of preparation :

Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms until browned. Add the garlic and stir. Add the spinach and cook until soft. Add the shredded chicken and season. Cook until the liquid in the pan evaporates.

Boil the lasagna crusts as indicated on the package.

Coat the bottom of a rectangular pan with a piece of bechamel sauce and arrange lasagna crusts on top to cover the pan. Add more béchamel sauce, then add the chicken, cover with slices of mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan. Continue in the same order until your products are finished, finishing with lasagna and béchamel crusts at the end.

Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and bake under foil for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, then remove the foil and bake until appetizing golden brown crust for about 5-6 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley when serving and allow to cool briefly before cutting.
