Required products :

  • 500 grams of salmon fillet
  • 750-900 grams of spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 300 grams of sour cream
  • a few teaspoons of tomato paste (for coloring)
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese or approximately
  • 12-15 dry lasagna crusts
  • black pepper and salt
  • olive oil or vegetable oil

Method of preparation :

Fry the finely chopped onion in the fat until golden, then add the spinach and 100 grams of sour cream. Season with black pepper and salt and cook until soft.

Cut the salmon into small pieces and start making the sauce.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan, add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir until the lumps disappear. Then pour 2 teaspoons of milk and put the remaining cream and a little tomato paste. Stir until smooth, you will get a thick mixture.

Grease first with oil or olive oil suitable form, then apply a thin layer of sauce, which should only lightly cover the bottom.

Put a row of peels, on it 1/3 of the spinach with onion and cream, then 1/3 of the fish pieces and continue in the same sequence, forming 3 layers. Pour the sauce over everything, sprinkle with yellow cheese (pre-grated) and bake the lasagna until ready (approximately 40 minutes are needed). It is good to place the dish on the lowest level of the oven, and it should be heated beforehand at 200-220 degrees.
