Required products :

  • 250-300 grams of lasagna bark
  • 500 grams of frozen spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 150 grams of ham
  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg - to taste

Method of preparation :

Grease the dish in which you will bake the dish with 1 teaspoon of oil and put a layer of lasagna crusts. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the melted butter. Then add the flour and fry. Pour the milk in a thin stream and bring to a boil. Season the sauce with a little salt and nutmeg, leave on low heat until it acquires the consistency of liquid cream.

Cut the tomatoes and ham into cubes, grate the yellow cheese, mash the garlic. Pour the base with 1/3 of the sauce, put half of the spinach (drained from the liquid), ham, tomatoes and garlic, followed by salt and pepper. Cover with the next layer of peel, half of the remaining sauce, spinach, tomatoes, garlic and ham.

Add more crusts, sauce and sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. 5 minutes before it is absolutely ready, sprinkle the lasagna with the remaining yellow cheese and return to bake. Allow to cool slightly, cut with a sharp knife and serve.
