Required products :

  • 6 lasagna leaves
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 300 grams of tomato puree
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • basil

 

Method of preparation is:

Finely chop the vegetables. First fry the onion in hot olive oil for 5 minutes, add the pepper, stir and 3 minutes later add the zucchini.

Five minutes later, remove the pan from the heat.

Grate the yellow cheese coarsely.

Apply a thin layer of tomato paste on the bottom of the pan (preferably rectangular). Cover with lasagna leaves (do not boil the crusts in advance), spread with the puree and distribute some of the vegetables. Sprinkle with yellow cheese and continue arranging in the same sequence until the products are exhausted.

Sprinkle with yellow cheese on top and bake in the oven at medium temperature. After about 40-50 minutes the dish will be ready.

Wait 10 minutes, cut into pieces and serve.
