These irresistibly delicious lava cakes are a combination of two favorite products of all of us - red wine and chocolate. When you stick the cakes with a fork, you will find that in their center is a pleasant liquid chocolate, combined perfectly with wine. It only takes 30 minutes to prepare them.

Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Grease 6 muffin tins with coconut oil.
Melt in a microwave or water bath 80 grams of chocolate and 4 tablespoons of butter in a large bowl. Allow to cool slightly. Add the wine, eggs, yolk, vanilla and salt to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth with a wire spoon. Sift the powdered sugar, flour and cocoa into the chocolate mixture and mix with a wire spoon until smooth.
Distribute it evenly in the muffin tins.
Bake the lava cakes for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack for about 2 minutes.
Melt the remaining 20 grams of chocolate with 1 tablespoon of butter in a small bowl in the microwave or water bath. Add 1 tablespoon of wine and stir with a spatula.
Serve by removing the cakes from the tins and turning them upside down. If necessary, peel them off the dishes with a knife. Pour the lava cakes with the melted chocolate glaze. Serve and consume while warm.
