Required products :
1 pita lavash
50 grams of ham or sausage of your choice
1 small onion
20 grams of yellow cheese
mayonnaise to taste
1 tablespoon oil
Method of preparation :
Cut the onion and ham into cubes and fry them in the fat. Add the grated yellow cheese and mayonnaise. Stir. Cut the bread into 4 squares and put the stuffing on each of them, close the patties. Fry them in oil until golden brown.
