Necessary products

Basically, you can use anything you like or what's in your fridge. Also determine the quantities yourself according to your preferences and the desired number of servings.

 

 

We offer the following option :

4 sheets of ready-made pita bread

50 grams of cheese or yellow cheese to your liking

200 grams of ham (or preferred sausage)

2 large tomatoes

olives

2 eggs

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

fresh parsley

salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the ham and tomatoes, chop the olives, chop the parsley, mash the garlic with a press, and grate the yellow cheese / cheese. Mix all the products, add the egg yolks, salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the four sheets into equal triangles and place on each of them a little of the resulting filling. Roll up the tubes, smearing the edges of the dough with lightly beaten egg whites. Then fry until golden on both sides in hot oil. Put the finished appetizer on paper napkins to drain off excess fat.
