Necessary products:

  • 2 tablespoons lavender
  • 125 grams of powdered sugar
  • 125 grams of flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 125 grams of soft butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt

for the couverture:

  • 350 grams of fondant
  • natural purple food coloring
  • sprigs of lavender

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix the flour with the lavender, pour them into a blender and grind. Sift several times through a sieve and add the baking powder.

In a bowl, combine the butter, eggs, milk, sugar and beat until smooth. Pour the flour, mix until the products are homogeneous.

Put paper in muffin tins, pour in each tablespoon of dough and bake until done.

During this time, color the fondant in purple, roll it out, cut out a round shape and place on the cooled cupcakes. Garnish with lavender sprigs and serve.
