Learn how to cook "Multi-layer cakes with mashed potatoes, sour cream and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 450 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon warm water
  • packet of dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • butter

For layers:

  • mashed potatoes
  • sour cream
  • yellow cheese (grated)
  • left

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in the water (warm), add 250 grams of flour, do not stir, just cover the dish and leave it in a warm place until it rises.

When this happens, add the remaining flour, water and wait another 2 hours. Once it rises again, add salt, eggs, butter to taste and knead a pliable dough. Let rise in the heat.

If desired, you can add a little sugar when kneading, as well as use fresh milk instead of water.

Divide the dough into 8-9 equal parts.

Roll them out and arrange in a tray. Press with the bottom of a suitable cup to form places for the filling.

Put a little mashed potatoes in these indentations, spread it with sour cream and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

Bake the loaves at 200 degrees. When the surface turns red, sprinkle with yellow cheese and return to the oven until it melts.

Enjoy your meal!
