How To Cook Layered Salad Hedgehog - Recipe

Required products :

2 potatoes
400 grams mushrooms
200 grams green olives
200 grams black olives
1 onion
2
dill eggs , parsley, green onions
2-3 pickles
mayonnaise or sour cream

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes, peel them and grate them with a coarse grater. Fry the mushrooms in a little vegetable oil.
Cut the green olives into circles and the black ones into 4 pieces.

Finely chop the onion, then scald with boiling water. Chop the dill, parsley and green onions.
Boil the eggs and grate the egg whites and yolks separately, grate the pickles as well.

Next, form the salad in layers. The sequence is as follows: potatoes, onions, green spices, mayonnaise, egg yolks, cucumbers, mushrooms, mayonnaise, green olives, protein, mayonnaise.

Shape a hedgehog, the thorns of which are made from chopped black olives. Also make the nose and eyes out of them.
