Required products :

4-5 eggs
connection green onions
2-3 fresh cucumbers
300 grams crab rolls
5-6 fresh tomatoes
2 sweet peppers (one to be red - for decoration, the other - yellow or green)
yellow cheese for sprinkling


For the sauce:

200 grams of mayonnaise
3 or more cloves garlic
1 teaspoon mustard
salt and ground black pepper to taste


Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs hard, peel them and grate with a coarse grater. Finely chop the green onion feathers, grate the crab and yellow cheese rolls, and cut the cucumbers, tomatoes and yellow / green peppers into cubes. Cut the red into semicircles.

Make the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise with the crushed garlic cloves, mustard and spices to taste.

Shape the salad. In a suitable bowl, first place a row of eggs, on it - sauce. Next is a layer of cucumbers combined with green onions and sauce again. Then put the grated crab rolls and pieces of tomato, sauce, one chopped pepper, sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Garnish with red pepper and the salad is ready.
