How To Cook Lazy Brownie - Recipe

Required products :

  • 120 grams of unsalted butter
  • 60 grams of dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 tea cup flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from the heat.
  • Add the sugar, eggs and vanilla and stir with a wire whisk until smooth.
  • Add the flour and salt and mix lightly with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • Add the walnuts and coffee and stir again briefly.
  • Pour the mixture into a square pan measuring approximately 20 cm, which you have previously greased and sprinkled with flour.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes until crispy.
  • Allow the chocolate brownie to cool before cutting it into squares.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
