Required products :

1 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon walnuts
1/2 teaspoon sugar-free apple juice
1/4 teaspoon oil
2-3 tablespoons apricot jam
1/3 teaspoon soda a
pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour. Mix the sugar with the salt, oil and walnuts. Add the soda to the apple juice, stir and pour into the bowl with the nuts. Then gradually add the flour, kneading a homogeneous dough. Pour it into a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated 170-180 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

Heat the apricot jam and spread it on the finished cake.

 

Instead of walnuts, you can use other nuts and replace apricot jam with your favorite. If desired, you can add dried fruits of your choice to the dough.
