Required products :

  • 1 kg of fresh white cabbage
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1/2 bunch parsley or dill
  • 1 onion
  • 2 - 3 cloves of garlic
  • breadcrumbs
  • frying oil
  • salt and spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the cabbage into four parts and boil in salted water for 8-10 minutes.
